As President and Co-Founder of Robotics Trends, an integrated media and research firm serving the burgeoning personal, service and mobile robotics markets, Dan provides strategic direction for the company. Dan was the developer and past chairman of the Emerging Robotics Technologies and Application Conference and the RoboNexus, the international consumer, educational and business development conference and exposition for intelligent, mobile robotics. Dan is also the developer and chairman of the RoboBusiness Confernece and Exposition, a business development event for the personal, service and mobile robotics industry. In addition, Dan is the publisher of RoboticsTrends.com, the leading online portal covering the intelligent, mobile robotics market.
Prior to forming Robotics Trends, Dan was co-founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Intermedia Group, a leading integrated conference and media company focused on emerging information technology markets. He has also served as VP of Advanced Information Technology Research at Sentry Group, VP and Director of Research at Ullo International, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Software Productivity Group, an integrated publishing, conference and analyst services firm focused on the enterprise software marketplace. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University.
